The aim of the project „OUR PLANET - MY HOME”. Partnership of non-governmental organizations, the academic community and entrepreneurs for sustainable development – CLIMATE CHANGE” is to initiate cooperation between the academic community and entrepreneurs from Poland and abroad, to exchange expertise and to search for common solutions and methods to raise public awareness of sustainable development in view of climate change.

• The national scientific conference combined with thematic workshops for representatives of non-governmental organizations, researchers and students, as well as entrepreneurs, with the participation of foreign guests, on „Sustainable management of energy and wastes in view of climate change” to be held 24-25 April 2008;
• Information and promotion campaign, including a series of articles on the subject published in press, concluded on 5 June 2008 with a happening in Poznań in the form of distribution of ecological shopping bags and a parade in the streets of Poznań to promote energy conservation and sustainable waste management;
• An education fair for the young and old within the framework of the celebration of the World Environment Day on 5 June 2008 – „THE DAY OF SOLIDARITY WITH THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE YOUNG AND OLD”.

• 18 March - sending in abstracts of papers and posters for the National Scientific Conference combined with workshops in Poznań on “Sustainable management of energy and wastes in view of climate change”.
• 20 April - sending in the registration form for the Conference and workshops as a student
• 21 April - sending in full texts of papers to be published in conference proceedings
• 24 - 25 April 2008 - the National Scientific Conference combined with workshops to be held in Poznań
• 1 - 31 May 2008 - a series of popular science articles published in press
• 5 June 2008 - The 2nd Celebration of the World Environment Day in Poznań
